Fulbright Future scholarship
Pallavi was awarded a 2020 Fulbright Future scholarship funded by the Kinghorn Foundation to undertake part of her PhD at the Stanford University School of Medicine. The Fulbright is a Distinguished Scholarship.

RACGP Registrar of the Year
In 2019, Pallavi was named the RACGP Victoria and then RACGP National Registrar of the Year.

EVGP Registrar of the Year
In 2018, Pallavi was named a co-Registrar of the Year by Eastern Victoria General Practice (EVGP) training.
